Welcome to Canton Delights

At various times during my 15 years here in Vermont,
I've briefly entertained the idea of starting my own restaurant...
but I quickly came to my senses.

So why now...

As many of you know, I've been cooking Chinese New Year lunch at Brewster-Pierce
for the past 7 years and have really enjoyed sharing my culture with the kids.
I see this as an opportunity to share the food of my culture with a wider audience
while offering a service to the community (especially during the bridge reconstruction).
This, along with the need to navigate through these tough economic times and
the fortuitous presence of a delivery service in town has seemingly converged to make
this the RIGHT time to do this.

My plan is to offer authentic Cantonese food -- just like Mom.
Cantonese cuisine uses minimal spices, instead relying on the natural flavors of the ingredients.
I do not use any artificial coloring or MSG in my cooking and I try to minimize
the amount of oil that I use.

As you peruse the menu, you can click on each item to see a list of ingredients as
well as any allergen warnings. As the website matures, I plan to have pictures of all
the dishes as well. Please contact me if you have any questions or comments.
